In the 1990s, we took up the national government’s challenge to provide affordable quality housing for the Filipino public, taking up the motto “Bahay na Matatag, Buhay na Panatag” (Stable Home, Tranquil Life). And to this day, we remain faithful to this promise to the thousands of residents in our various residential projects in Novaliches, Bulacan and Pasig.

In 2004, we embarked on our first condominium project, Dolmar Golden Heights Residences in Pasig City. This mid-cost, mid-rise development provided an upwardly mobile clientele an affordable and accessible living space within metropolis.
