Dolmar started out in property development by constructing office/commercial buildings from the 1970s to the 1980s. 

The company ventured into residential development in 1987 with Dolmar Subdivision, its pioneer project located in Kalawaan, Pasig City. 

Taking up the national government’s challenge to provide affordable housing for Filipinos, the company introduced the brand name Dolmar Golden Hills and adopted the motto, “Bahay na Matatag, Buhay na Panatag” in the early 1990s. Under this brand, Dolmar has provided quality low-cost housing units to thousands of residents in various projects in Novaliches, Pasig and Bulacan. 

In 2004, the company launched Dolmar Golden Heights, its first condominium project in Pasig City. This project caters to upwardly mobile families in search of accessible and affordable living spaces in the metropolis.
