Model Unit Grazilda Launch at Golden Hills, Sta. Maria

A new addition to the Golden Hills Community was launched last March 19, 2011.  The new Model unit "Grazilda" was formally launched to the sellers & prospective buyers at the Dolmar Golden Hills, Sta Maria.  Model unit "Grazilda" (from the popular teleserye) is a single detached 31.39 square meter unit inside a 100 square meter lot. 

Closely related to its counterpart "Celestina" in size, it offers a more conservative interior and exterior finish without compromising the generous lot size and expansion possibilities the Celestina offers.
